What we do
Mental Health Consultation
We understand the growing challenges that healthcare facilities face regarding behavioral and psychiatric crises. Our team has specialized in mental health for over three decades, and we are excited to offer our expertise to your management and staff who care for residents with mental/behavioral health needs.
De-escalation Training
Our curriculum, Person-Centered Interventions ©, was specifically designed to train de-escalation techniques to staff who serve residents with behavioral and psychiatric needs and who reside in residential facilities. PCI combines strengths-based/solution-focused approaches, trauma-informed care, and client-centered philosophies to supply service providers with the necessary tools to respond to behavioral and psychiatric crises in a manner that is both caring and effective.
AHA BLS & First Aid Training
We provide American Heart Association BLS, Heartsaver, AED, and First Aid Training. To effectively prepare your staff for an emergency, we use the latest equipment with feedback devices, including defibrillator trainers to ensure proper life-saving care is being delivered.
Active Shooter Training
We provide HSI’s Active Violence Immediate Response Training (AVIRT) to any business/organization that wants to prepare their team to respond in an active shooter situation. This training teaches you not only how to respond during the incident, but also how to provide critical care to stop bleeding afterward.
